3M™ Scotchlok™ IDC Connector 316IR for irrigation applications has a unique ‘U’ contact that provides a quick, dependable, moisture resistant electrical connection. This connector supports wire gauges 0.5mm² to 1.5mm² and a maximum voltage of 600 V.

Connect two or three wire ends in pigtail formation, insulate the connection and provide a moisture resistant seal with 3M™ Scotchlok™ IDC Connector 316IR for irrigation applications. This connector is recommended for use with low energy moisture resistance wires for applications of less than 600 V. Supporting wire gauges 0.5mm² to 1.5mm² it has a unique ‘U’ contact that provides a quick and dependable electrical connection that simply snaps shut without stripping or twisting the wire. A live spring joint is made by driving the U contact down into the connector. As the U contact is pressed into the connector, it grasps the conductors as it displaces insulation.
